Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Billing — the change applies to your next invoice and your account limits update immediately.
What counts as an ad account?
Each advertising account you connect from a platform. One Meta ad account and one Google Ads account is two accounts.
Do you charge per client?
No. On the Agency plan you can create as many client workspaces as you need within your connected account limit.
